- Bus tables and keep all areas sanitary and looking tidy.
- Pass hors d’oeuvres around to guests.
- Assist with logistics during the Gala events.
- Provide general information about upcoming events occurring throughout the week.
- Tear down tables, chairs, etc. at Gala Receptions.
- Tidy up all sponsor decorations at the venue (if required).
