• Greet patrons as they enter the theatre and assist them by taking tickets and checking passes.
• Provide general information about upcoming film screenings and any upcoming changes to the film schedule
• Maintain control on lineups and ensure patrons with accessibility needs are accommodated (i.e., patrons who require seats in the hallway instead of standing in line will be granted entry into the cinema before all other patrons).
• As directed, clean cinemas after film screenings
