hosting our annual Night Market during National Accessability Week!
DATE: Friday, May 29, 2026
TIME: 5PM – 9PM
LOCATION: 125 Durham Street (ILSM)
Our Night Market is an outdoor market along 125 Durham Street—a vibrant evening
of local artists and vendors showcasing their items.
We are looking for volunteers to assist with:
- Setting up tables, chairs, and tents before the event
- BBQ concession— stocking refreshments, making cash transactions with customers/handing
money, maintaining cleanliness of station, and communicating with staff
- Directing vendors to the sign-up station, indoor washroom facilities
- Taking down tents, tables, and chairs after the event

a Special Occasion Volunteer Application & Agreement Form.
Volunteers will need to arrive on site (125 Durham Street) by 4:30PM.

(ILSM) provides those with disabilities the tools to succeed and achieve
independence in their lives - We are located at 125 Durham Street.
Our non-profit organization offers programs and activities that are available
to our members, essentially to provide them with information, awareness and
education. ILSM runs effectively because of the dedication of our over 500
members and the active role they take in determining our services and programs.

Tuesday- 9am-3pm
Wednesday- 9am-3pm
Thursday- 9am-3pm
Friday- 9am-2pm
Saturday- CLOSED
Sunday- CLOSED
