ILSM (Independent Living Sudbury Manitoulin) is looking for a volunteer to assist with our Dinner Club on May 5, 2025 at 125 Durham Street from 4:00PM-6:00PM. Dinner will be provided to the volunteer, free of charge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meal Service: Assisting with setting tables, serving meals, and/or handling refreshments.
- Cleaning: Washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen appliances, ensuring proper storage and maintaining clean work surfaces under the supervision of our Cook.
- Safety and Hygiene: Following health and safety regulations, under the supervision of our Cook, to maintain a safe and hygienic kitchen environment.
- Teamwork: Collaborating with staff and other volunteers in the preparation and/or service of meals.
Qualifications:
- Ability to follow instructions and recipes.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Warm, pleasant, caring manner.
- Dependability and reliability
- Completion of ILSM's volunteer process which includes a volunteer application, VALID POLICE RECORD CHECK, training modules and orientation.
