We are a non-profit charitable organization dedicated to providing information, referral, and support services to women, girls, and gender-diverse individuals who have been impacted by violence and/or difficult life circumstances. Our Centre offers key tools and resources that assist Individuals in addressing issues of systemic discrimination and violence.

Our doors are open to women, girls, and gender-diverse individuals seeking a welcoming social space, support, and access to resources. While we serve a wide range of community members, we prioritize those experiencing challenging life circumstances. We work one-on-one with each individual to develop a personalized plan, breaking goals into manageable and achievable steps based on their unique needs.

Support may include access to basic necessities, participation in a variety of workshops and programs, and connections to relevant community services. Many individuals we support feel overwhelmed by complex systems or are unaware of the options available to them. Experiences of trauma, crisis, or significant life change can leave people feeling vulnerable and uncertain about where to turn. Our role is to provide a safe and supportive environment while helping women, girls, and gender-diverse individuals navigate challenges and build pathways toward stability and well-being.
