YES Theatre was founded in 2010 by Alessandro Costantini, Mary Ann Belowos, and Daniele Muscolino. Since then, YES has become a cultural cornerstone for Northern Ontario. We present contemporary and classical musical theatre pieces with a fresh aesthetic for a new generation of theatre-goers.
We have been leaders in developing and providing opportunities for emerging artists and revitalizing theatre in Sudbury. The company gives hope, forges a path, and provides support to theatre artists in our community for a meaningful career in the arts. We have developed a community of artists and patrons who are passionate about celebrating the energy our work brings to the city. Our theatre is a place of congregation that provides artistic context and togetherness for our community.
